RONALDO OFFERED HOPE

AC Milan offered Ronaldo hope and were confident that Ronaldo may resume his career soon.The Brazilian's contract is due to expire in June, but he is expected to be sidelined until November after undergoing surgery on ruptured knee ligaments in Paris last month.AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi has revealed Ronaldo will be offered a new contract if the 31-year-old shows the will to return from a career-threatening knee injury.

RONALDO TO CALL IT QUITS

AC Milan striker and world cup winner Luiz Ronaldo has hinted for the first time that he is career is all but over and he also said that he may never play football again.The Brazilian just came out of Paris hospital and must now begin his rehabilitation for rupturing the tendons on his left leg.Ronaldo is not expected to return soon and he may be on the sidelines for upto a year.He also said he has not decided whether to play football again.Milan have expressed sympathy with Ronaldo who has been a great player but an unlucky one as he has suffered one injury after another.
