ARSENAL DEFEAT NEWCASTLE AGAIN
Everything is going downhill for Newcastle and exactly the opposite for Arsenal who cant stop scoring at the moment.Arsenal defeated Newcastle once again at the Barclays Premier league after doing exactly the same in the FA cup.Emmanuel Adebayor scored his 19 th goal of the season and Arsenal took advantage of a great pass by Flamini to Adebayor.Flamini himself after the first half struck a 30 yard strike which flew into the top corner in the 72nd minute.Cesc Fabregas scored the third goal in the 80th minute.Arsenal also now lead Manchester United by three points who face Portsmouth on Wednesday.Newcastle have not scored in the past three matches after Kevin Keegan took charge.

WISE TO JOIN AT NEWCASTLE

Newcastle have confirmed that Dennis Wise is joining them as the director of football. This decision comes as a huge surprise for Leeds United where he had been working as a manager for them.Leeds quest to return to the Premier league has suffered a massive twist and he will be a welcome addition to the backroom staff of Newcastle at St James Park.He has had the experience of working with Kevin Keegan and a compensation has been agreed for the former Millwall player/Manager.Newcastle fans will be hoping that Wise can restore some pride to the club and lift them from the midtable mediocrity.
