Stefan Schumacher has claimed the yellow jersey after winning the fourth stage of the Tour De France, a 29.5 km sprint in Cholet. Schumacher finished in 35 minutes and 44 seconds, and was the only rider with a sub 36 minute timing. Overnight tour leader Romain Feillu came in nearly 5 minutes behind Schumacher and has now dropped out of the top ten in the overall standings. Fabian Cancellara the world time trial champion was was a dissapointing 33 seconds off the pace.
