The Czech Republic scored a confidence boosting 3-1 win against Scotland in a friendly ahead of their Euro 2008 campaign. Libor Sionko opened the scoring in the 60th minute before Michal Kadlec made it 2-nil for the Czech in the 84th minute. The Scots struck back through David Clarkson but the hope of a late surge was snuffed out – Libor Sionko scoring his second in the 90th minute to cap off a win.
